I have battled with my weight since my late 20’s. It’s has been a back and forth battle. Yes I would lose 10 or 20 pounds here and there, but within a year I would always slowly gain it back. Try a new diet with some success, feel good and proud for a bit, but then slip right back to old habits and feel like a failure when I gained it all back plus a few extra. How was I gonna stop this?
